We are preparing to process our last beef for the year this week. If you would like to have a prime rib roast (or something else special) done up for you, please email me by Thursday, Nov 2. Prime Rib is the same price as the last few years, 15.45/lb. I’m happy to answer any questions about size, cooking, etc.
