AT last!  We’ve tried running this menu three times now, and each time we’ve had to pull it.  This is it!  We’ve finally scored enough eggplants, and we’re gonna make it happen!  DON’T miss this moussaka…We’ve worked hard to be able to have it this week!

Weather’s cooling down!  Let’s feast on some split pea soup made with Dad’s home-smoked pork hocks!

One last curried chicken salad before summer’s over… And now, for dessert: Raspberry Lemon Cake!
