Did you miss it last week? You’ll get one more chance…
Sap Bush Cafe will open at the normal time (9am) on Sat. Dec 15 with our fresh pastries, full breakfast menu & espresso bar. Starting at 10:30, we’ll offer the Hearthside Brunch (scroll down to see what it is!). From 1-5, I’ll run home to walk the dogs and catch some shut-eye while Bob and Justin Behan from Green Wolf Brewing Company hold down the fort.
And if Justin and Bob are here holding down the fort, you can be sure there’ll be plenty of beer and other hearty local libations all afternoon. There will also be dessert and coffee (thank you, Saoirse!)…
Starting at 5pm, we’ll be offering our Sap Bush grassfed burgers with French fries made from Barbers’ potatoes and fried in our own pastured pork lard. (And, of course, Justin will have beer available).
Meanwhile, we’ve got even more going on in West Fulton:
Scrumpy Ewe Cider tasting room will be open from 12-5
And Panther Creek Arts on the corner will be hosting a holiday gift market from 11-3, where our local artists and craftspeople will emerge from their hillside hideaways to showcase their wares.
And if all that hustle and bustle gets to be too much, take to our hills! The Long Path trailhead is just up the street from the cafe. You can come for breakfast, shop, play, hike, then return to the warmth of our fire for hearty fare and good conversation.
All right here…In West Fulton!
And now, for the unveiling of the Hearthside special menu for this glorious day…
By special request, we’ll be having
Rustic Lamb & White Bean Stew
W/Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers & Cotton Hill Creamery Goat Cheese
