Please note: Sap Bush Cafe is now open for both outdoor AND indoor dining, as well as take out.  Per New York State’s adoption of the CDC guidelines, masks are optional for vaccinated guests.  Unvaccinated guests are still required to mask.  We remain in support of public masking as a way to protect all our immune-compromised community members who may not be able to accept a vaccine, and we REALLY like the reduction of the spread of colds and flu that has resulted from masking.  Therefore, our staff are both vaccinated and masked when serving, and we appreciate when our customers do the same when not seated.
