The Sap Bush Hollow Farm Honor Store, located in the parking lot of the Sap Bush Cafe and West Fulton Post Office at 832 West Fulton Rd, was targeted by a local resident in a shooting spree on the night of March 19, 2022. No one was hurt. The store was shot through three times. The bullets pierced three of the four freezers in the building.
Our family has cleaned up the mess as much as possible, and we’ve taped things back together as best we can. We’ve re-opened it with limited service. We hope to obtain the funds to make the rest of the repairs, and invest in additional security measures. We are still waiting to hear about our insurance claim. In the interim, we’ve started a GoFundMe campaign. You can access it here.
The cafe will re-open on schedule this coming Saturday, April 2nd. While we may not have regular posts and podcasts just yet, the weekly prix-fixe farm-to-table menu will be posted on the blog at SapBush.com.
