Sap Bush Hollow Farm is delighted to announce that we’ve improved our newly expanded MONTHLY CSA program and AFTERPAY option.

For the past five years, our CSA meat program has been our fastest-growing farm enterprise.  It is a win-win for all involved.  CSA members pay up front to offset our production costs, and agree to share the risks of the growing season with us.  In exchange, they get significant savings (15%-50%) on our premium grassfed and pasture-raised meats.  

The growth of this program has drastically improved life here on the farm on all fronts.  Our inventory is easier to manage, we make more efficient use of our labor, and we take deep pride and pleasure in knowing our participating families are eating the best products at the most affordable prices.  If we had our “druthers,” we would sell ALL our meats this way.  Many of you agree, and have invested in chest freezers to buy whole lamb, quarter and half pig and 1/8 and 1/16 beef shares.   But transitioning to the CSA model has been challenging for smaller families, for those who don’t have adequate freezer storage, and for folks who don’t have the liquidity to make large up-front purchases.

Toward that aim, we’ve improved our CSA program so all households can participate.  

For Small Households & Households with Limited Freezer Space:

We now have MONTHLY CSA options.  We’ve broken down our beef, lamb and pork shares into monthly parcels, ranging from 6-12 pounds of meat each month.  They are available in 3, 6, or 12 month options.  And, to help you keep pace with your family’s eating habits and storage needs, you no longer need to accept shares over consecutive months.  When you order a monthly share, you can choose which months you’d like to come, giving you the option to pick up every month if you’ll eat it all that fast, or every few months if you consume less meat.

And now….AFTER PAY.

When you make your purchase, underneath the area where you’ll enter your credit card details, you’ll see an option for AfterPay, which automatically breaks your purchase up into four interest-free installments.  If you select AfterPay, you’ll be taken to a window to set up an AfterPay account.  After that, your card will automatically be charged according to the payment schedule.  

If you prefer not to set up an AfterPay account, simply email me with the share plan you wish to order.  I can set up a payment plan manually with automatic billing according to any schedule that suits us both.

There are no fees for either option.
