Greeting Cards
Beautiful cards featuring a child’s art, drawn from the heart…
Some time in 2013, I started noticing that Ula was making these bright, cheerful, full-color images to adorn our house with color. I liked some of them so much, I snagged a few to be framed. She would draw them for the favorite grown ups in her life, and we eventually found out that folks weren’t relegating them to just the fridge or the recycling bin. They were keeping her pieces taped to bedroom mirrors to cheer them up, framing them for the dining room, brightening up dark hallways. When Saoirse and Ula started making plans to start a business to raise money for a trip, Ula wanted to sell giant wall murals. Rather a tough sell for a little kid. So we went through her portfolio together, selected some of her favorite crayon artworks, and had the local printer make them into cards for her (Saoirse has been making and selling woodland spirits from seedpods, milkweed, pine cones and the like, but they keep selling out at the farm and we don’t yet have enough in stock for web orders…sorry!). Together, the girls raised enough money for our east coast vacation last January. This year, Ula has a new set of cards, and she and her sister have their sites set on horseback riding in the Moab Desert. The sale of these cards will go toward this new goal.
Each one of Ula’s cheery cards is printed on lightweight 4.24″ X 5.5″ card stock with a blank interior, and comes with an envelope. The set contains one of each of the six images you see below. All prices include shipping. …And we are certain these little cards, once received, will brighten up any desktop, refrigerator, bathroom mirror, windowsill or bedside table!
