Yes, the chili’s great.  There’s no debating that.  But the REAL reason I’m doing this menu this week is because a few weeks ago, Eileen Bohen, our neighbor, brought this INCREDIBLE Tres Leches cake to music night.  I’ve never really been a fan of the dessert, but this super-moist cake was sort of like eating cake pudding, and I’ve never had anything quite like it.  And now that she’s shared the recipe with me, I’ve got to share it with you.  Seriously.  Get the special this week.  And save room for dessert!
