Yes, the chili’s great. There’s no debating that. But the REAL reason I’m doing this menu this week is because a few weeks ago, Eileen Bohen, our neighbor, brought this INCREDIBLE Tres Leches cake to music night. I’ve never really been a fan of the dessert, but this super-moist cake was sort of like eating cake pudding, and I’ve never had anything quite like it.
